HGTV’s Celebrity IOU Returns with Star-Studded Episodes
HGTV’s popular series, Celebrity IOU, is set to return on Wednesday, July 9 at 8 p.m. ET/PT with six new emotionally charged episodes featuring a lineup of Hollywood A-listers, including Tyra Banks, Rachel Brosnahan, Josh Gad, Joel McHale, Jane Seymour, and Shaun White. The show, which previously captivated 6.9 million viewers, aims to spotlight personal stories of gratitude as celebrities surprise their loved ones with life-changing home renovations alongside hosts and executive producers Drew and Jonathan Scott.
Each episode showcases the unique talents of the featured stars as they dive into renovation projects, from demolishing outdated spaces to crafting dream homes. Drew Scott expressed that the show is a heartfelt experience that inspires both celebrities and viewers to give back. The premiere episode features The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star Rachel Brosnahan, who will transform her best friend’s parents’ cramped 1970s kitchen into a modern, open space. With Drew and Jonathan’s assistance, Brosnahan plans to personalize the kitchen with stylish and functional elements, ensuring it reflects the couple’s needs after facing recent health challenges.
